When optimizing media for a client, many aspects are essential—creating an executive summary, establishing a target market and buyer personas, auditing all social channels and website, conducting a SWOT analysis, determining goals, objectives, and metrics, assigning resources, roles, and responsibilities, writing blog posts, introducing campaigns, and analyzing.
Leadership
I served as the Team Leader and Liaison between the Advanced Social Media Marketing Class and Jayhawk Motorsports at The University of Kansas School of Business. This job required meetings with JMS business leaders, coordinating and scheduling future priorities, and overseeing fifteen students and their tasks.
Social Media Marketing Strategy & Plan
As the Team Leader, I edited, reviewed, and finalized a 90-page document entailing details for the optimization of JMS’ social media and website. All of the aspects of the optimization were overseen by me and our professor. We worked together to establish a measurable and specific marketing strategy for implementation purposes.
